OK so she wasn't exactly excited to be out there, but she didn't cry.
She of course smiled for her dad. She is definitley a daddy's girl.
Saddie loved having her out there to look at and attempt the lick. I think her snowsuit might be a little big??!! Her arms and legs don't even go 1/2 way to where they are suppossed to go. I love it though!!

Congrats Adam and Becca!!
Our friends just had their baby yesturday. Becca delivered Landon Joseph at 10lbs!! In the pics it looks like he has as many rolls on his thighs as Calli. He is so cute in the pics. We are going to go meet him tomorrow! Check him out on their blog, their link is on ours.

4 month stats
OK Calli is again up to date with her shots..which she loved! She really didn't do bad, better than the first time.
Her height was 24 1/4 inches (60 Percentile), she weighs 14.5lbs (50 percentile), and her head was 16'' (40 percentile).
She loves to put things in her mouth. She has had rice cereal, and sweet potatoes. I am still nursing her but she loves to eat with the spoon. As soon as she gets better hand eye coordination she is going to be a mess with meals!! She tries to grab at the spoon all the time, thank goodness her hands still move slow enough that I can avoid the mess for the most part.

Grrr...
I told Dan that Calli was too popular of a name once we played a bunch teams this summer in softball with at least 1 girl named Calli on them. But nooo... he said it's not a popular name, we won't know anyone else with that name. Not according to the "Top 100 Babynames of 2007"!! Callie (yes spelled a little different) is #90!!
I am seriously a little upset by this. I really wanted non-popular names for my kids, because I love not knowing anyone else with my name, (yes it is in a song but that's ok).
Ok well I guess that is all I wanted to vent about. I can't really call anyone becasue it is 2:40 in the morning to complain to, so I thought I would complain to all of you (which might consist of 2 people.) Thanks for listening!
I just comforted myself a little, we named her Calli Jo so if she does have another Calli in her class she can go by Calli Jo instead of Calli R. That makes is a little better I guess, but it is Dan's fault of course!!

The Rottier Christmas: On January 1
Here is Grandpa with AnnaJoy and Jake, Calli's cousins
This is Uncle Dave and Elin, Dan's brother from Illinois.
That's my girl!!
Another shot of Jake, I was really bad at taking pics that day because I didn't have much sleep.
Calli taking another shot at trying to open her gift. Honestly she did pretty good for not even 4 months- (of course that is her mother's opinion.)

Here is the Dewey Christmas:
Dan's favorite gift, from Aunt Annie and soon-to-be Uncle Nick
Calli with Grandpa checking out the new bathtime toys.
Booshie (Grandma Jill) and Aunt Annie (my sister)
Dan and Uncle TJ (my brother), doesn't it look like Dan must stink and TJ can't stand the smell?? I thought so too!

Of course we had to read about why we are getting up so early-to celebrate Jesus' birth!! Then we opened presents which is fun even though we all knew what we all were getting.
Yes we buried her with the paper to see if she liked it-all of my cats always did, and I must say she didn't hate it, and she succeeded in getting uncovered.
She did very well at ripping the paper once Dan got it started for her.
She must of thought ripping the paper was harder than just dissolving it.

In her Jump-A-Roo, her favorite!! She loves to be in this where she can stand and she is even getting to where she will grab the toys on it
This was one of her first days that she "played" with her toys. She now will grab anything and stick it in her mouth, look at it and "talk" to it.
At first she was fine, and then I think she kinda freaked out.
